Position: Client Relation Officer(CRO) (Hot Job)

Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships.
Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Linkedin and other relevant sites
Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
Manage and close client businesses to achieve profitability.
Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.
Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, both orally, particularly on the telephone, and in writing and confidence liaising and communicating with client agencies and individuals
Good mailing skills ,Good communication in english ,Good Personality, Good client follow up , Good Excel and Linkedin Skills
Ability to work to deadlines and multitask under pressure
Excellent creative writing skills
Good command of Microsoft Office software
Quick to learn and capable of working independently
Experience in development of marketing and using social media for marketing purposes
Experience in building client relationships
