Job Description
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and informative content aligned with the organization’s objectives. This role includes content research, script development, video recording, basic editing, and publishing across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop relevant educational content for digital platforms.
- Write scripts and concepts for video-based learning and promotional content.
- Record high-quality video content for social media and institutional platforms.
- Perform basic to moderate-level video editing for final delivery.
- Create visual content (images, short clips, reels, etc.) as required.
- Manage posting schedules and publish content on social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy.
- Track content performance and propose improvements.
- Stay updated on trends in education and digital content creation.
Job Specification
- Knowledge of content writing, scripting, and ideation.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora or similar tools).
- Comfortable in front of the camera with good presentation skills.
- Strong research capability and ability to convert information into engaging content.
- Creativity, discipline, and understanding of digital content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or related fields
- Experience in educational content is a plus but not mandatory
