Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in booking flights, both domestic and international, through various reservation systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and issues related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and booking procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of ticketing transactions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Stay updated on airline industry trends and developments to better assist customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
Job Specification
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
