Job Description
Skills Nepal is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to build and maintain strong relationships with students, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data using CRM tools to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle inquiries from students, clients, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support admissions, enrollments, and service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (training, sales, marketing, and administration) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track customer interactions, complaints, and feedback, and prepare regular CRM reports.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improvement areas, and opportunities for engagement.
- Support marketing and outreach activities by managing leads and maintaining communication records.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to retention and referral initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or CRM-related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools/software such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Basic analytical skills to interpret customer data and generate insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
