Job Description
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives for assigned projects.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for management and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project implementation.
- Represent the company in meetings, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent overseas qualification).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ready and willing to travel frequently for business purposes.
