Job Description

Shreya Interior is looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-orientated marketing executive to drive business growth through direct field sales and digital marketing activities. The role is primarily focused on on-site client acquisition while also supporting the company’s online marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities – Field Sales / Direct Marketing

  • Conduct on-site visits to construction sites, renovation projects, banks, offices, and other potential client locations to generate leads.
  • Promote and sell our furniture and interior design solutions to targeted clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network through regular field visits and relationship management.
  • Conduct product presentations, site assessments, and service demonstrations.
  • Follow up on enquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Secondary Responsibilities – Digital Marketing

  • Assist in managing and running social media advertisements, boosting posts, and online promotions.
  • Help update and maintain company website content, product descriptions, and visuals.
  • Support basic digital marketing tasks, including content posting, page management, and lead responses.
  • Coordinate with the team to enhance the company’s online presence.
Job Specification
  • Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or a related role.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: NPR 21,000 per month
  • Employees will be eligible for additional performance-based bonuses, awarded for meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving higher profit margins.
