Job Description

Shiva Shankar Furniture and Home Decor is seeking a creative and responsible Content Creator cum Social Media Handler to manage our online presence and promote our furniture and home décor products. The role focuses on content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and basic online sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, captions) related to furniture and home décor products
Manage and handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels
Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Handle online sales inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for order processing
Post regular updates about new arrivals, offers, promotions, and festive discounts
Maintain brand consistency and a positive online image
Monitor engagement, messages, and basic performance of posts

Job Specification

Basic knowledge of content creation and social media handling
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks related to content, messages, and online inquiries
Prior experience in content creation or social media handling will be an advantage
Knowledge of furniture or home décor products is a plus
