Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Manage ticket changes, cancellations, and reissuance as per client requests.
- Provide travel-related information, including visa requirements, travel regulations, and itinerary details.
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and maintain financial records for bookings.
- Collaborate with airlines and resolve ticketing issues promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in ticketing or travel services is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
