Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chinese Translator to provide high quality translation services, especially during business discussions with Chinese clients. A background in Buddhism is highly preferred to ensure that conversations with a spiritual tone are conveyed accurately and respectfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate translations from English to Chinese and vice versa in both written and spoken forms.
- Assist in meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain a spiritual tone while discussing Buddhism-related topics.
- Serve as a cultural and linguistic bridge between the executive team and Chinese-speaking partners.
- Assist in preparing documents and communications for Chinese audiences.
Job Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Language Studies, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
- A strong understanding of Buddhist teachings is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
