Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Flutter, Dart, mobile UI/UX principles, and backend integration. You will work closely with our product, design, and development teams to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth development workflow.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development.
Job Specification
- Minimum 3 years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, local storage, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodology, and CI/CD practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Laravel, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase).
- Prior experience developing MVPs or startup-focused applications.
