Job Description

We are a family-run property maintenance business offering services such as landscaping, gardening equipment rental, and the supply of landscaping materials including soil, turf, mulch, and fertiliser . We are looking for the Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience with the company's products. Key responsibilities include:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Work independently while presenting creative ideas to the team for feedback.
Providing customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Staying updated with the company's product offerings, features, and updates.
Continuously meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor social media performance and generate analytical reports.
Write compelling copy for social media posts and other marketing materials.

Job Specification

Education Level: Higher Secondary and Higher
Experience Required: More than 2 years in Customer services.
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills since most of our customer are Australian natives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
Excellent active listening skills.
Good understanding of social media
