Job Description
- Conduct site Supervision and Controls to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Review and approve construction materials and methods to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Mentor and train junior engineers and construction staff
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency on site
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
- 3 or more years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in High-rise Building construction or hospitality
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of of building construction methods and materials with engineering principles, codes, and standards related to civil engineering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control measures.
- Leadership abilities to manage subcontractors and site teams.
- Understanding of relevant building regulations and safety standards .
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
