Job Description
  • Manage strategic HR functions for Company including workforce planning, employee engagement, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, talent identification and succession planning.

  • Sound working knowledge in dealing with Government authorities, Department, Banks.

  • Working knowledge in Provident Fund (PF), Social Securities Fund (SSF).

  • supervise and train Admin staff in setting up admin systems and process i.e. Attendance tracking, office security, dealing with visitors, coordination with external service providers.

  • Conduct appointment interviews, payroll management, appraisal, exit interviews.

Specification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or above.
  • Human Resources functional capabilities : Recruitment, HR Matrics, Remuneration, Performance management, Employee Engagement, Leadership development, Change management.
  • problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proven people mangement, capacity building, training design and facilitation.
