Job Description

Manage strategic HR functions for Company including workforce planning, employee engagement, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, talent identification and succession planning.

Sound working knowledge in dealing with Government authorities, Department, Banks.

Working knowledge in Provident Fund (PF), Social Securities Fund (SSF).
-
supervise and train Admin staff in setting up admin systems and process i.e. Attendance tracking, office security, dealing with visitors, coordination with external service providers.

Conduct appointment interviews, payroll management, appraisal, exit interviews.
Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or above.
- Human Resources functional capabilities : Recruitment, HR Matrics, Remuneration, Performance management, Employee Engagement, Leadership development, Change management.
- problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills.
- Proven people mangement, capacity building, training design and facilitation.
