  • Handle network related issues
  • Provide technical support for customers
  • Provide feedback on improving network performance based on research

Required Technical Skills:

  • Network Fundamentals
  • OSI and TCP/IP models, Network Architecture, IP Subnetting
  • Routing (Static/Dynamic Routing, Routing protocols, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Web Proxy, QoS, HotSpot, VPN)
  • Switching (VLAN, Bridging)
  • Wireless Technology (Wireless standards, frequencies, bridging and protocols, WDS, MESH)
  • Hardware (Routers, Switches, RF Devices, Antennas)
  • Operating System (Linux, Radius Manager, Cisco IOS, RouterOS)
  • Application (MS Suite, WinBox)
  • RHCE / MTCNA / MTCRE / CCNA certifications will provide added advantage
