Job Description
- Handle network related issues
- Provide technical support for customers
- Provide feedback on improving network performance based on research
Required Technical Skills:
- Network Fundamentals
- OSI and TCP/IP models, Network Architecture, IP Subnetting
- Routing (Static/Dynamic Routing, Routing protocols, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Web Proxy, QoS, HotSpot, VPN)
- Switching (VLAN, Bridging)
- Wireless Technology (Wireless standards, frequencies, bridging and protocols, WDS, MESH)
- Hardware (Routers, Switches, RF Devices, Antennas)
- Operating System (Linux, Radius Manager, Cisco IOS, RouterOS)
- Application (MS Suite, WinBox)
- RHCE / MTCNA / MTCRE / CCNA certifications will provide added advantage
