Position: Database Engineer-Services (Night Shift) (Recent Job)

Communicating with clients and working on the client requirements
Working on the tickets raised by the clients and escalating them to the concerned team if it could not be resolved in the meantime
Actively communicating with the team in the US
Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst, and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Create reports and write programs to test and analyze the database
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Provide support for queries by troubleshooting and responding to user requests and questions, researching, and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end-users to ensure satisfactory resolution of systems-related issues
Identify areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity
Others as required

Must have passed or running Bachelor’s degree in any IT related field with good knowledge and 1-year experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Candidates with previous experience in night support in a software company are highly preferred
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Provide the first level of support for any Software related issues
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
