Job Description
- Play a pivotal role in organizational leadership focusing on efficiency, corporate culture and performance management
- Provide inspirational leadership for the organization
- Work closely with management team to help build organisational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention
- Lead an efficient, timely, and transparent recruitment process including selecting, orienting, and on-boarding
- Facilitate annual performance evaluation process
- HR Systems: Should be able to operate and execute System and Classic IS systems for seamless data management
- Branding and External Relations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Job Specification
- Masters Degree in Management/Business Administration or any other relevant field
- At least four years’ experience in human resources management, administration, and organizational development practices in Managerial Level
- Able to multi-task and deliver according to deadlines
- Proven record in negotiation & conflict resolution
- Should be able to direct and oversee all HR process, the skill of strategic HR Planning & management and HR Policies along with Administrative Tasks
- Should have extensive knowledge of employment laws & practices
- Ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
- Ability to build consensus and relationships inside the organization at all levels
- Ability to Lead HR and Admin team for maximum productivity
