Job Description
Raise Tech is seeking a motivated and professional Female Tele-Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, presenting products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Job Specification
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
