Job Description
  • Preparing memos and other correspondence.
  • Researching and preparing materials.
  • Keeping books and other related tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills including phone, email and face to face.
  • Prepare and maintain proper paperwork including employee information documentation reports and presentations.
  • Conduct administrative tasks including answering phones, filling mails, processing and data entry.
  • Computer knowledge of MS-excel, MS-word, photoshop and scanning.

Note: Candidates must have excellent English proficiency and salary range is 22k-25k + Commision.
