Job Description
- Preparing memos and other correspondence.
- Researching and preparing materials.
- Keeping books and other related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills including phone, email and face to face.
- Prepare and maintain proper paperwork including employee information documentation reports and presentations.
- Conduct administrative tasks including answering phones, filling mails, processing and data entry.
- Computer knowledge of MS-excel, MS-word, photoshop and scanning.
Note: Candidates must have excellent English proficiency and salary range is 22k-25k + Commision.
