Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot biomedical, Analytiacl/ Scientific and electronic equipment across client sites.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance as per service schedules.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for timely service delivery.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain proper documentation of each visit.
- Ensure timely response to customer service calls and resolve issues effectively.
- Travel frequently outside Kathmandu for service and maintenance visits.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
Job Specification
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum qualification: B.E. in Biomedical Engineering or B.E. in Electronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in biomedical/electronics servicing is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet, emails, etc.).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must be flexible to travel outside Kathmandu frequently.
