Job Description

• Implement the corporate sales strategy to meet corporate sales target
• Determine and execute selling and cross-selling opportunities among different organizations
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
• Develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits and reduce business costs by analyzing financial data like current and past budgets, expenses, sales and revenue
• Identify company products and services that are underperforming, develop an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and provide recommendations and feedback to improve product strategy
• Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly sales reports as per the requirement of the Management.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Management with 3 years of experience in Automobile Sales or Master's degree in Management with  2 years of experience in Automobile Sales
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Planning and analyzing skills
• Comfortable in both leadership and team-player role
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound knowledge on MS-Office package
• Must have a two-wheeler license.
