Job Profile
We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer for Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.
The sales Officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times and able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.
- Recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports.
- Visiting the designated market to collect sales orders.
- Meeting the sales target assigned by the manager on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Reporting to the manager on daily basis regarding party wise sales and collection and analysis the variance compared to targets set.
- Getting feedback from the customers regarding the quality of the glass to help maintain good quality production.
- Preparing Sales/Collection report and submitting to the sales manager as and when required.
- Gathering market and client information, meeting with interior designers/contractors and visiting to fabrications.
- Keep information of industry trends, competition and new opportunities to help management set sales price, various schemes and sales & collection targets.
- Payment collection from customers on daily basis and making sure it is not delayed.
