• Should be able to provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Should be able to negotiate with all kinds of clients to produce results
• Should Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Should be able to maintain and update listings of available poperties
• Should show properties to potential buyers and renters
• Should promote properties with ads, listings and word of mouth
• Good knowledge of local property
