Job Description
- Take full and direct responsibility to support to manage all aspects of assigned projects and negotiation through to completion.
- Provide assistance to ensure projects run on time and budget.
- Provide an active role and use critical judgment in the development of all project deliverables.
- Ensure quality and timely submission of all project deliverables and documentation as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Proactively communicate with experts, clients and all other relevant stakeholders for each assigned project as directed by the Project Manager as and when needed.
- Prepare drafts of clients’, subcontractors’, and individual consultants’ contracts for Project Manager’s review.
- Conduct daily weekly follow up with vendors and customers as directed by Project manager.
- Effectively communicate with the Project Manager for any issues related to assigned projects.
- Provide assistance to Business Development wherever possible and as needed.
- Provide any other project management related task upon request from management.
- Prepare project plan and regular project-specific report as per required by the project manager.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly reporting.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or other tech-related fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to handle administrative and coordination efficiently and effectively
- Analytical Thinking
- Must have strong command over written English language
- Should be able to work remotely
- Detail oriented and proactive
