Job Description
  • Transaction Generation, New registration and Card Updates of the customer.
  • Transaction approval, while checking for errors, correcting them, informing agent about the errors
  • Preparing report and submitting to supervisor as well as respective agents.
  • Handling calls of agents and sender for smooth communication
  • Coordinate and stay up-to-date regarding the transaction payment and search for non-payment issues
  • Giving support to foreign transaction through skype, viber, whatsapp and mail whichever means is available, for smooth service
  • Add corridor and setup rate and exchange rate in agent user
  • Work in Team for effective operation of the organizational service
  • Must have can do sprit and learning attitude
  • Flexible to work within the scheduled shift
  • Cooperative and complete supervisors authorized tasks.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelors degree in management (BBA/BBS)
  • 1 Year + experience in the related field ( Fresher’s are also highly encouraged to apply)
  • Candidates with Japanese language will be given high preference.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of MS Office.
