Job Description
- Must have an excellent understanding of medical terminology.
- Good communication skills with foreign client mostly from US/CANADA
- This role requires adequate end to end knowledge of customer services process.
- Good Basic computer knowledge.
- Can Work under stringent deadlines with high accuracy.
- Experience and understanding of customer service Etiquette.
- Handling Voice based calls for Voice agent and back-end data supplementation.
- Adherence to Process/Business policies and Procedures.
- Reports and communicate with Client directly.
Job Specification
- Must be a Graduate from PCL Nursing, B.Sc Nursing , Diploma in Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy or any medical background graduation with strong English Speaking Skills
- Knowledge about customer care

- Telephone Etiquette and Good Grammar and
- Communication skills.
Functional Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MSExcel.

Eligibility Criteria
- Total 1-3 years, mandatory 6 months
- Willing to stretch per business requirements
Workday : Monday to Friday (Fixed and Rotational)
Duty Hour: 9 Hours a dAY with 1hour break
