Position: IT Support Representative (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Visit customer premises and help customers in IT fields like internet use, wifi issue, etc (solve internet-related issues)
• In need of customers, train in using social applications, payment gateways, online platforms, email, etc.
• Basic knowledge of sales and ability to deliver.
• Help in any other aspects of IT Related assistance as demanded by customers.
• Data collection in a different field with good market understanding.
• Understand TCP/ IP, routing, and switching
• Knowledge of FTTH and its components.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree running or completed in IT Related field such as CSIT, BIT, BCM, BIM
• Having own 2 wheeler Bike/Scooter with a driving license is a must
• Pleasing personality with good communication skills
• Technically sound and  Problem solving
• Ability to work in any circumstances (individual or in a team)
