Job Description
- Make and receive calls and forward to the concerned departments
- Maintain records of visitors and clients
- Maintenance of staff attendance
- Assist administration on daily routine works
- Talk to clients politely and make them feel comfortable
- Perform other general receptionist duties
- General Knowledge in Accounting knowledge.
Job Specification
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s level would be an advantage.
- Applicants with a minimum of 1 year of experience however, fresher can apply as well
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills
- Excellent communication skills both in English & Nepali
- Polite, smart, and pleasing personality having an ability to work as a team
- Positive attitude and high level of commitments toward duties
- Administrative and clerical skills are a must
- Should have computer skill(Ms. Word, Excel and Internet) and be presentable
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Available to work on a flexible work schedule
