Job Description
- To oversee and manage all the necessary work to register students for examinations
- Necessary communication with staff, students and parents and handling associated issues when they arise
- To process all examination papers as they are received into college ensuring that security procedures concerning examination materials are strictly adhered to at all times
- To be responsible for the internal administrative arrangements for college examinations including preparation of candidate cards, seating plans and examination trays and collation and management of the invigilation timetable
- To brief students on examination procedures and conduct and to produce guidelines for staff, invigilators and students
- To be responsible for the computerised download of all examination results and import results files into the college database
Job Specification
- Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and be confident in their use
- Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues, students and parents and work as part of a team
