Job Description
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Report end of day customer contact sheets and sales to each Executive Account Manager and track teams daily sales as well.
- Attend daily sales and customer strategy meetings within the office and work with other Assistant Account Managers to ensure optimal success.
- Processing business expenses.
- Managing company ledgers.
- Managing monthly budgeting tasks.
- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
Job Specification
- Must be compatible with taxation and vat.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting packages and software eg. swastik.
- Knowledge of Export Import Documents.
- Should be flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy.
- Should have complete knowledge of accounting and Finance.
- Team management and building skills.
