Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect / Civil 3D Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in architectural and structural design who are ready to contribute to real-world engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and structural drawings for engineering and construction purposes.
- Execute detailed structural drafting and detailing as per project requirements.
- Develop accurate architectural layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Perform civil 3D modeling and rendering for design visualization.
- Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and standard drafting practices.
- Sound understanding of architectural and structural drawing principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with effective time management abilities.
Internship & Confirmation Policy
- The selected candidate will undergo a mandatory two-month internship period, serving as a notice and evaluation phase.
- Upon successful completion, the candidate will be confirmed as a full-time employee.
