Job Description
We are one of the largest suppliers of IVF, gynecology, and pediatric medical equipment, working closely with hospitals, government institutions, fertility centers, NGOs, and healthcare clinics. Our operations include international imports, institutional sales, and nationwide distribution, and we are now expanding our finance team to support our growing scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations
Maintain accounts payable & receivable, vendor and customer reconciliations
Ensure accurate VAT, TDS, customs duty, and statutory compliance
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports
Coordinate with auditors, banks, customs agents, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial best practices
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter / CA preferred)
2–5+ years of experience in accounting (experience in import/trading or healthcare preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel
Good understanding of taxation, import documentation, and compliance
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication and coordination skills
