Job Description
- Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
- Responsible for handling complaints through the system, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
- Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
- Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing the needful when required.
- Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.

Required Skills
- Friendly with MS packages & Mailing.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal English Language
- Active listening skills.

- Ability to work independently & in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform
Qualifications
- Completion of +2 or Bachelor running
- At least 6 months experience in the related field or freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Working Hour/ Shift Wise
- 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Normal Days Shift :
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Evening Shift :
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
