Job Description
  • Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
  • Responsible for handling complaints through the system, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
  • Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
  • Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing the needful when required.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
Job Specification

Required Skills

  • Friendly with MS packages & Mailing.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English Language
  • Active listening skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently & in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform

Qualifications

  • Completion of +2 or Bachelor running
  • At least 6 months experience in the related field or freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hour/ Shift Wise

  • 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Normal Days Shift :

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Evening Shift :

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
