Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, camera-friendly, and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator & Live Host who will produce engaging short-form video content and go live regularly to connect with our audience, share information, and promote our services in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative TikTok videos (job tips, success stories, day-in-the-life, FAQs, etc.).
- Go live on TikTok regularly (3–5 times per week) to:
- Share recruitment updates
- Answer follower questions
- Interview successful candidates or staff
- Build community trust and interaction
- Follow and apply TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags, and formats relevant to our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Monitor video performance and live engagement metrics; suggest improvements.
- Respond to comments and direct messages to maintain strong community interaction.
Job Specification
Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera (both recorded and live).
- Good communication skills in Nepali (English is a plus).
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and live-streaming culture.
- Ability to create, edit, and publish video content independently.
- Friendly, relatable personality with a natural hosting style.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, foreign employment, or interest in helping others is a bonus.
- Age:- 22 to 28 years
