Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Assistant to support daily accounting and financial activities, maintain accurate records, and assist the accounts team with documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial documents.
  • Assist in recording sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of periodic financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Assist with tax-related documentation and other accounting tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
