Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counselling: Provide expert guidance to students on study options in Australia, UK, and the USA based on their academic background, financial capability, and career goals.
  • Application Management: Assist students through the entire application process including admission, documentation, and visa procedures.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with respective country regulations, embassy requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Liaise with international institutions and embassies. Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Events & Promotions: Participate in education fairs, webinars, and information sessions to promote partner institutions and services.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on admission trends, visa policies, scholarship opportunities, and entry requirements for major study destinations.
Job Specification

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in education counselling for Australia, UK, and the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of student visa processes, SOP writing, and international admission procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Nepali language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
