Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tour Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound tour operations and a Bachelor's degree. The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel packages for our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop outbound tour packages tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to arrange transportation, accommodations, and tours.
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, invoices, and financial records for tour packages.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during tours.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on travel trends and emerging destinations.
- Develop promotional materials and assist in marketing tour packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after tours.
Job Specification
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound tour operations.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and customs procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
