Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer with at least 1 year of experience in human resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Job Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Support day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
Help organize training & development initiatives.

Job Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
