Job Description
Hair and Skin Technician: The Hair and Skin Technician is responsible for providing professional hair and skin care services in accordance with company standards, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment, as well as facial and skin care procedures. The role involves analyzing hair and skin types, recommending suitable products, and supporting product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities. The technician must ensure proper hygiene, safety, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas while delivering high-quality services. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and good communication are essential, along with the ability to represent the company’s cosmetic products professionally and assist in improving customer satisfaction and product performance feedback.
Make Up Artist: The Makeup Artist should have professional certification or training in makeup artistry with at least two years of relevant working experience in bridal, party, fashion, or professional makeup. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of skin types, skin tones, face shapes, and cosmetic products, along with expertise in skin preparation, base makeup, color correction, and contouring techniques. Good communication and client-handling skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a professional attitude are essential. The role requires the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, work flexible hours, stand for long periods, and travel for promotional events or training when required. Experience in cosmetic product demonstrations or the skin care and cosmetic industry will be considered an added advantage, with female candidates preferred as per organizational requirements.
