Job Description
RHINO Nepal Leather Craft is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR operations align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff growth and productivity.
- Foster positive employee relations and address grievances effectively.
- Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required by management.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
