Digital Marketing Officer

NEPA Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Marketing Officer to join our team at Siphal, Kathmandu. The candidate will support marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, assist in brand promotion, and help the company reach new audiences.

The role requires strong communication skills, creative thinking, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media. This is an on-site night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and publish engaging content
• Coordinate with design and sales teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support branding and promotional activities
• Assist in email marketing with accuracy and quality content
• Track marketing activities and suggest improvements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads will be an advantage
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools will be a plus
• Must be comfortable working night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Probation Period:
6 months
