Job Description
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market for PEB sheds.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Sales Activities:
- Present PEB solutions and products to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals.
Project Management:
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of PEB sheds.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, manufacturing) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors).
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Job Specification
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of the steel construction industry and PEB solutions.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business) is often preferred.
Specific to PEB Sheds:
- Understanding of the design, engineering, and manufacturing processes for PEB sheds.
- Familiarity with different types of PEB shed applications (e.g., warehouses, factories, sports facilities).
- Ability to explain the benefits of PEB sheds (e.g., speed of construction, cost-effectiveness, flexibility).
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
