This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and optimize content through data-driven insights. The role includes collaborating with marketing and design teams, running social media campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy and planning for social platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts or online communities is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects is required.
