Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director. This role combines traditional executive assistance with limited household and family coordination duties, requiring flexibility, trust, and excellent time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
- Assist with inbox management, prioritising emails and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Administrative Assistant Duties
This is a dual role, due to difference in work timing between Australia and Nepal for the remaining two hours of the day from 2PM to 4PM, the EA will work with Admin team and support the admin work for the Kathmandu Office.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience (can be adjusted based on level)
- Experience with office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and databases is an advantage
Please note that the Managing Director is based in Sydney, Australia and you will be helping him manage his busy schedule.
