Co-Founder & Lead Videographer | Video Production Marketing Agency
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (Hybrid/On-site) Type: Co-Founder (Equity-Based)
The Vision
We are launching a next-generation video production and marketing agency designed to bridge the gap between "local content" and "international quality." In a market dominated by short-form content (TikTok/Reels) and a rising demand for high-end brand storytelling, we are looking for a creative powerhouse to join as a Co-Founder.
You won’t just be "the guy behind the camera"—you will be a partner in building an agency that redefines how brands in Nepal communicate.
Your Role
As the Co-Founder & Lead Videographer, you will own the entire visual output of the agency.
- Production: Lead end-to-end production, including storyboarding, lighting, filming, and sound recording.
- Post-Production: Master the edit. We need cinematic color grading, sharp sound design, and "scroll-stopping" transitions.
- Strategy: Collaborate on creative concepts for clients ranging from traditional FMCG brands to the automotive sector.
- Gear Management: Utilize your own professional equipment (Camera, Gimbal, Lighting, Audio) to deliver high-fidelity results.
What We’re Looking For
- The Portfolio: A strong showreel that proves you can handle diverse styles (from raw, authentic social content to polished corporate films).
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
- Equipment Ownership: You own a professional mirrorless/cinema camera setup, basic lighting, and audio gear (e.g., Sony A-series/LUMIX, DJI Gimbals, Rode/Sennheiser audio).
- The Hustle: An entrepreneurial mindset. You understand that "Co-Founder" means wearing multiple hats and scaling the business together.
- Local Insight: A deep understanding of the Nepali digital landscape and what makes local audiences engage.
