Job Description
We are looking for a Video Editor to join our team.
This role is for someone who enjoys turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content.
Someone who is not just editing for cuts, but thinking in terms of storytelling, retention, and impact.
We are not just looking for software skills. We are looking for someone who understands pace, emotion, and how to keep people watching till the end.
At STIC, Saturdays and Sundays are off, there is 0% micromanagement, and you will have full freedom to experiment, create, and push your editing style.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and brand content
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and effects where needed
- Work with raw footage and turn it into engaging final outputs
- Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling and concepts
Requirements
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to intermediate skills in After Effects
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve (color grading is a plus)
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
- Ability to follow briefs but also bring creative ideas
Most importantly, willingness to learn and improve fast
