Job Overview:

The Tour Operations Expert will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing inbound tours, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. This position is strategic for driving business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute inbound tours for individual and group clients.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors to ensure seamless tour operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for inbound business growth, including marketing collaborations and partnerships.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
• Manage client inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, vendor agreements, and tour costs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop new tour products and packages.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging tourism opportunities.
• Be available for domestic and international travel as required by the business.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in tour operations or inbound tourism is preferred, but highly motivated and capable candidates from related fields will also be considered.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic operational challenges in the tourism sector.
• Must be willing and able to travel within Nepal and abroad for tours and business-related activities.
