Department: Market Operations & Supply
Location: Nepal
This role supports regional supply growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding fleet partners, as well as maintaining day-to-day relationships with existing accounts. You assist in building the local ecosystem of value-added networks with dealers, insurers, and service providers to strengthen the platform's proposition for fleet operators. Operationally, you monitor driver performance metrics, support partner onboarding workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. You execute localized fleet initiatives by translating defined strategies into concrete outreach and partnership activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development & Onboarding
Identify and prospect new fleet partners through outreach, referrals, and market research
Support end-to-end contracting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial terms and compliance requirements
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for fleet partners, managing routine requests and escalating complex issues as needed
2. Strategy Execution & Market Intelligence
Execute the localized fleet strategy in line with defined goals and guidelines
Track market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights to help refine the fleet value proposition
Assist in identifying geographical and categorical expansion opportunities within the assigned region
3. Ecosystem & Vendor Support
Support the development and maintenance of a network of third-party vendors to serve fleet partners, including:
OEMs & Dealers: Assisting in securing vehicle supply arrangements and purchase agreements
Banks/Leasing Companies: Supporting the facilitation of financing options for partners
Service Stations & Repair Shops: Coordinating maintenance packages and service agreements
Help package and communicate bundled value propositions (e.g., "Vehicle + Finance + Maintenance") to prospective fleet partners
4. Operational Excellence & Analytics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of partner drivers (e.g., utilization rate, acceptance rate, churn, driver sentiment)
Conduct regular check-ins with fleet partners to surface operational bottlenecks and flag areas for improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Driver Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to support smooth onboarding and payment flows
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Fleet Management. Experience in Mobility (Ride-hailing, Car-sharing), Automotive, or Logistics is highly preferred
- Negotiation Skills: Ability of managing complex B2B negotiations and contract management
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel) required and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence external stakeholders (from garage owners to bank executives) and internal cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
