Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative, strategy-driven Graphic Designer to lead our visual brand identity. The ideal candidate isn't just a "pixel pusher"—they are a visual storyteller who understands how to translate a company’s mission, values, and personality into a cohesive brand system. You will be responsible for everything from logo conceptualization to the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines and multi-channel marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Identity Development: Create and maintain comprehensive brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
- Brand Guidelines: Develop and enforce strict brand style guides to ensure visual consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Strategic Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to translate high-level strategies into visual campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Multi-Platform Asset Creation: Design assets for digital (web, social media, ads), print (packaging, brochures, signage), and environmental (office branding, events) use.
- Brand Evolution: Audit existing brand assets and recommend "refreshes" or evolutions to keep the brand modern and relevant.
- Creative Direction: Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood boarding and sketching to final production and handoff.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a branding agency or an in-house creative team.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- The "Brand Eye": A deep understanding of typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to explain the why behind design choices and how they align with business goals.
- Print Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, including color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleeds, and material finishes.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating the rollout of a brand across multiple mediums (not just a collection of unrelated logos).
- Communication: Ability to present concepts to stakeholders and take constructive feedback without ego.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail-Oriented: A "pixel-perfect" mindset—you notice when a logo is 2px off-center.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Basic photography or illustration skills.
