Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge (Sr.Executive/Executive - depending on experience), located in the Nawalparasi District. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store management activities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and maintaining a well-organized storage system. Effective communication with suppliers and team members be essential to facilitate seamless operations and support the organization's goals.
Qualification and Job Description
1 Inventory accuracy as per physical vs system stock
2 Timely material issue to production / dispatch
3 Proper GRN, stock entry, and documentation
4 FIFO / LIFO compliance
5 Stock aging and slow-moving inventory control
6 Housekeeping and 5S compliance in store
7 Zero stock loss, pilferage, or misplacement
8 Coordination with QA, production, and logistics
9 System updating (ERP / manual registers) on time
10 Proper Documentation and approval
11 Staff Supervision
12 Appropriate store and traceability of materials
13 Daily Store Operation Reporting
