Job DescriptionOur Client, Purnaa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sewing Production Manager.
The Sewing Manufacturing Manager oversees garment production from sampling to final output, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient workflows. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of sewing manufacturing and the ability to coordinate across departments.
Location: Chhampi, Godawari, Lalitpur District
Key Responsibilities
Production & Coordination
- Maintain and manage the sewing production calendar
- Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, and Project teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Participate in pre-production meetings and understand product requirements
- Oversee end-to-end sewing manufacturing processes
- Ensure production efficiency, quality, and workplace safety
- Identify and resolve operational and personnel issues
- Lead and manage team leaders across departments
- Conduct weekly meetings to review performance and priorities
- Coach and mentor teams for continuous improvement
- Sampling: Ensure timely sample development and provide technical guidance
- Cutting: Monitor cutting processes to minimize wastage
- Embroidery & Printing: Support production targets and resolve quality issues
- Sewing: Coordinate with Sewing Manager for smooth, high-quality production
- Track and report salary, piece rate, and overtime data monthly
- Implement departmental goals and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in garment or sewing production
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of sewing manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to manage teams and complex production workflows
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
